Cagliata cheese

It is a soft cheese with good melting, which is used for pizza and casseroles. It can be also used as an intermediate product for the production of cheese, such as: Mozzarella.

Made from pasteurized milk. Delicate, mild with a slightly bitter flavor. It is characterized by soft, elastic flesh white to pale yellow.
