Greek-type natural yoghurt
Greek-type natural yoghurt is a product which is like sour cream and at the same time has a rich range of taste and smells. It has a smooth, cream consistency, it is exceptionally dense. It can be widely used in the preparation of cold dishes, served both sweet and spicy, for example:
- as a main ingredient of sauces typical for the Mediterranean cuisine (e.g. tzatziki,)
- various sauces with the addition of spices added to meat, potatoes, pasta, grits, boiled and raw vegetables
- sandwiches, starters, creams, pastes
- dumplings and potato pancakes,
